It’s Friday! The weekend is almost here and I couldn’t be more ready! It’s been a long week and some R&R is needed. But just because I feel that way, doesn’t mean I have to have a casual Friday…
My outfit today is an example of what I like to call ‘comfortable chic.’ My H&M dress is a soft knit that has a feminine shape. Since it isn’t tight fitting, it’s as cozy to wear as a big sweatshirt (but looks much better!) Playing off the gold buttons on the dress, I added a few vintage rings, my new Kate Spade bow cuff and layered on the necklaces. My scarf and brown tights serve a purpose more than just fashion, keeping me warm on a cool fall day. I finished it off with a pair of fun heels that are comfortable too. A small platform reduces the incline of the heel making them very “walkable.”
In the spirit of this outfit, I hope that those of you observing Yom Kippur tonight and tomorrow have a comfortable, easy fast!
